Past approval doesn’t guarantee approval for the current year, so be sure to include your outlet details, page views, and any previous BPIR coverage. Incomplete requests can’t be processed.

• Approvals are sent within 48–72 hours
• Credentials may be picked up at the Media Check-In table 1 hour before gates open or otherwise instructed.
