What is the PWR x BPIR partnership?
Select 2026 Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo (BPIR) events are official Qualifier Series (QS) events for the 2026 PWR Championship that will be held May 12 – 15, 2026 in Fort Worth, TX at Cowtown Coliseum.
Which BPIR events qualify?
- Fort Worth, TX – February 14, 2026
- Memphis, TN – April 11, 2026
Which disciplines are included?
- Barrel Racing
- Breakaway Roping
What can I qualify for?
At each approved BPIR event, PWR will award per discipline:
- 1 Pro QS spot
- 1 Challenger QS spot
- Up to 10 Limited QS spots
What do I need to be eligible?
Athletes must:
- Purchase a PWR ID Card
- Nominate the BPIR event in the VRQ
How much does it cost?
- W26 PWR ID Card: $150 (valid April 2025–April 2026)
- Event Nomination: $150 per discipline (minimum D2 event)
Do BPIR events earn VRQ points?
Yes. Nominated BPIR events earn DOUBLE VRQ points from every round by nominating the W26 segment.
Is there a nomination discount?
Yes. Use W26BPIR26 to receive 25% off each BPIR nomination.
How are QS spots awarded?
QS spots are awarded based on official BPIR results in each division and discipline.
Do I need to submit my results?
No. BPIR will send official results directly to PWR.
Where will updates be posted?
Updates will be shared via the PWR website, social media, athlete texts, and emails.
