RULES FOR FINALS

GROUP 1
(Finals Qualifiers only) Deadline for paying Championship fees is Wednesday, September 5, 2018

GROUP 2
(Finals Alternates) Online payments will be accepted starting Thursday, September 6th.  Deadline for paying is Sunday, September 8th.

GROUP 3
(Finals Alternates) Online payments will be accepted starting Monday, September 9th.  Deadline for paying is Wednesday, September 11th.

GROUP 2 & 3 ALTERNATES RULES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Alternates must call Rodeo Secretary before September 3rd if they are interested in participating as an alternate and filling a spot. 
Alternatives will not be ELIGIBLE for year end awards and monies won will not count toward year end points except for All Around. (See rule book).

Alternates will be positioned at the top of the list in all events EXCEPT Ladies Barrel Racing

Alternates selection process will be done in order by # of rodeos attended and then by money won.

RODEO GROUPS

(Finals Alternates)

Online payments will be accepted starting Thursday, September 6th.  Deadline for paying is Sunday, September 8th.

Group 1
Contestants competed in 6 or more rodeos with money won not including the Finals - QUALIFIER

Group 2
Contestants competed in 6 or more rodeos with NO MONEY won not including the Finals - ALTERNATE

Group 3
Contestants competed in (1-5) rodeos WITH money won not including the Finals - ALTERNATE

Pursuant to the BPIR rule book, BPIR Group 1 finalists have met the requirements to receive an official invitation to the BPIR Finals.

Finalists will be notified via email, social media or mail, and have until September 5th, 2018 to pay their entry fees. Once the Entry Fee is paid; there are NO REFUNDS.  All fees will remain as part of the finals payoff.

If a Contestant has to draw out and want to retrieve their entry fee, it will be their responsibility to contact an alternate listed in the correct order (i.e. group 1,2, or 3, etc.).

Once a finalist identifies their replacement, he/she must also notify the BPIR Secretary immediately. Please note, that if a finalist finds someone to replace him/her, “It is the finalist responsibility to collect his/her entry fees from the alternate replacing him/her.”  

As stated the above paragraph, there will be NO REFUNDS.
